William Chimney Sweep LLC has been cleaning, inspecting and repairing chimneys across the Sacramento region since 1985. We are a family-run business working out of a shop on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Carmichael, and in four decades we have swept more than 3,500 chimneys within about thirty miles of that address.

That longevity is the thing we would point to first. We have serviced some of these houses across three owners. We have watched the 1950s ranch chimneys in Carmichael and Arden-Arcade age, the prefabricated units that went into Citrus Heights and Antelope in the 1980s reach the end of their service life, and the direct-vent gas appliances in Roseville and Folsom arrive and start needing attention. Knowing what a neighbourhood's chimneys tend to do is most of what makes a diagnosis quick.

We are CSIA certified, bonded and insured, and we answer the phone around the clock. Estimates are free and there is no travel charge anywhere in our service radius. We photograph every job and give you a written report, because you should be able to see what we saw on your roof rather than take our word for it.
